SITE AND WORKSHOP MANAGEMENT

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

It includes the meaning and role of communication, interpersonal communication, the communication process, barriers to effective communication, principles of effective communication, summary writing, forms of business correspondence, and meetings. The unit delves into definitions, roles, and practical applications of these topics, equipping learners with essential communication skills for various contexts.

LEVELLING SURVEY

The module covers the basic principles and methods of surveying, including distance measurements, levelling, angular measurements, reading maps and engineering plans, representing relief, and setting out engineering structures.
